Response times

We handle all inquiries personally. Email is the fastest way to reach us. We respond to all messages within two business days. For inquiries about upcoming tour dates, the more lead time you give us, the more options we can offer. Private group requests need at least one week of advance notice. Educational and corporate programs benefit from two to three weeks of planning time.

We don't use an automated booking system. Every message goes to a person who can actually answer your question.
