D. Tour Services

Information about our food tour services on this Site is provided for general informational purposes. Tour availability, pricing, routes, and specific tasting stops are subject to change. We make reasonable efforts to keep this information current, but we do not represent that all information on this Site is complete, accurate, or up to date at all times.

Participation in our food tours is subject to separate arrangements made through direct communication. Tour participants acknowledge that food tours involve outdoor walking through public spaces and visits to food establishments, each with its own operating conditions. We coordinate with all vendors we visit, but the operations of third-party food businesses are not within our control.

We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule tours due to weather, vendor availability, safety concerns, or other circumstances. In the event of changes to confirmed tour arrangements, we will communicate with affected participants directly.

E. Participant Conduct

Tour participants are expected to treat guides, vendors, and other participants with respect throughout the duration of any tour. We operate in working neighborhoods and active food businesses. Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from a tour. Participants who are asked to leave a tour due to conduct issues will not receive a refund of any amounts paid.

Participants must follow all instructions from tour guides regarding safety and decorum within vendor spaces. Participants are guests in these businesses and community spaces, and we ask that they conduct themselves accordingly.

F. Health and Physical Considerations

Our tours involve walking distances of two to three miles over the course of two to three hours. Participants should assess their own physical ability to participate. We do not provide medical advice and cannot assess individual health conditions.

Participants with food allergies or dietary restrictions are responsible for communicating these to us in advance. While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate restrictions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment at any food establishment we visit. Participants with severe allergies should assess their own risk carefully before participating.

By participating in a tour, you represent that you are in adequate physical health to participate in a walking tour of the described distance and duration, or that you have disclosed relevant limitations to us in advance.

G. Photography and Media

Participants may photograph food and public spaces during tours for personal use. Photography inside vendor establishments is subject to each vendor's individual preferences, which your guide will communicate. Please respect vendor requests regarding photography.

We may occasionally photograph or record tours for use in our own promotional materials. Participation in a tour constitutes consent to appear in such materials unless you notify us in advance that you prefer not to be photographed. Please contact us before your tour date if you have this preference.

H. Disclaimers

This Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Links to third-party websites, if any appear on this Site, are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked third-party sites.

I. Limitation of Liability
